Target: Average 20 days from application to job offer. Streamlining recruitment processes with AI-assisted matching and verified skills profiles to get Māori and Pacific candidates into roles faster.
Target: Reduce Māori unemployment rate by 25%. Creating pathways to quality employment through culturally responsive recruitment, skills training, and employer partnerships across Aotearoa.
Target: 50% of placements in senior roles are women. Actively promoting gender diversity in leadership positions and breaking down barriers for Māori and Pacific women to reach executive levels.
